Unable to add XMLTV to Plex
I already have an existing DVR, so when I add a new DVR (DizqueTV) it doesn't allow me to upload XMLTV and forces me to choose existing channels in my area. Never asked for Zipcode. Any idea?
I just went through this.
Cancel out of this. Delete your DVR Re-add the DVR.
It should prompt you for your zipcode before this step, then you can add the XMLTV URL.

@j-ktz you need to combine your xml files. Plex only allows a single xml or zipcode for epg. If you're using a zipcode for your existing dvr you'll need to get that info from an xml instead.
There are a bunch of tools that can do the merge. xTeVe is one such program, but maybe more complex than you need. Google "xml epg merge" and you should get some ideas.
There is a trick to add multiple DVRs in PLEX. You'll need to remove all the DVRs in PLEX. Next you need to open multiple tabs of the "Live TV & DVR" for each DVR you want to add. Each tab should look as if you are setting up a new DVR. This way allows the multiple EPGs. The only down side is the "Live TV & DVR" will be listed multiple times with no way to tell which one is which.
The other way is to add all the tuners in xTeve. It's a bit of manual work, but it works.
