It might be related to smart updates, which skips updating under some conditions. Does manually refreshing each manga fix the issue? Another possibility is that the manga URL has moved....
Gotcha. I see there's a mismatch between what's on the site and what it fetches from the API. An extension update is required to fix the issue.

The cover is unique and containts its own chapter number. I don't think it should be removed. If any, you should hide the last page (`/images/EndDesign.webp`). If you want to...
I think mirroring AniList's classification is fine when it comes to NSFW. It achieves the practical goal of not posting NSFW covers in SFW channels. AniList does not show Adult...
Mantraz Scan was removed in #7658. Needs to be restored and the URL should be updated.
