In the setup docs, mention sudo groups

For easier sudo configuration with the sudo isolation plugin, we really want the vespene user to be in sudoers.

This is not something that the setup automation currently sets up.

We should at least add a note in the docs for this

Running the setup scripts as root triggers the warning that the script needs to run as a sudoer.

I however, made a user called vespene and then realized that the setup script tries to create a vespene user as well.

Thanks for the heads up that this may be unclear, I should make it more obvious that this will create the vespene user in the docs.

It's intended that you run the setup scripts from a user like "chopraaa" that has sudo access.
