How to recover 'SUBMIT JOB INGEST' failures

Version: v3.4.0 metad: 3, graphd: 3, storaged: 5 VID type: String(4) Partition Number: 100 Replica Facor: 3

We saw 'SUBMIT JOB INGEST' command failed. It was successful on couple storage nodes. How do we recover from the failures?

Below are the step we followed

• We generated SST files
• Copied to all storage nodes
• Executed SUBMIT JOB INGEST
