Acturally I expect importor itself can define some type conversion, as re-generate the data file is time consuming.

Type conversion meaning what exactly? Do you want importer to support conversion of the attributes of tag/edge or VID ? For vid, importer has provided some functions hash/uuid for string data to integer.

If the importer can read all the CSV files in the directory, which have same schema in nebula, directly, can it meet your needs?
