UI Resesign removes setting's tab borders

When enabling the UI Redesign and Flat theme option, it removed the tab borders and spacing in Krita's settings.

Is there a way to keep the flat look without effecting Krita's settings window? You can still navigate the settings tabs but its a little wonky looking.

I apologise, but it's been a loooong time since I last touched this code, and I haven't been using Krita for a while now, so I can't give an estimate to whether this will be fixed.

I'll leave this as open in case I get around to developing for this again, though!
