proxy url on https port 8443 does not work for vgs.proxy.url

Library does not support for port 8443 when a request is initiated with https it gets converted into http and that's why only 8080 port is working. Could someone please help here.

vgs: proxy: url: https://${VGS_USERNAME}:${VGS_PASSWORD}@$vaultId.live.verygoodproxy.com:8443
