Add surnames to names in About for quick (and correct) citation

It would be useful to have surnames in the About to make quick citation easier: https://github.com/very-good-science/data-hazards/blob/main/site/contents/about.md. Also a way of ensuring names (perhaps title if you feel that's suitable to include) are correct at a glance.
