Use Google Assistant voice for TTS

Hi, I'm running on the 1.1.0 branch and I love the broadcast feature! I was wondering if you could add the ability to have Google Assistant read the text instead of Google Translate. This could be done by sending the command "Repeat after me <YOUR_TTS_MESSAGE>" to Google Assistant and playing the audio it returns. I currently have this working with a modified version of the device handler (https://gist.github.com/caj380/b1e8856210ce2b54324dc47f43fb0afe) and my fork of Assistant Relay (https://github.com/caj380/assistant-relay).

I am a user of @caj380 's modified handler and it works wonderfully. I too would like to have this feature baked into cast-web-api if possible. Thank you!
