feature request: refresh command

Currently "pik ls" gets outdated, ex:

C:\dev\ruby\low_prio\sensible-cinema\bin>pik ls -v 100: IronRuby 1.0.0.0 on .NET 4.0.30319.1 path: C:\Program Files\IronRuby 1.0v4\bin

150: jruby 1.5.0.dev (ruby 1.8.7 patchlevel 174) (2010-03-26 d15a53c) (Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0_18) [x86-java] path: C:\dev\ruby\downloads\jruby\bin

that "150" jruby is actually updated to v jruby 1.6.0.dev since it was added. Same with trunk builds. It would be more convenient to have a refresh command than to manually delete and re-add them every time I notice a version has changed. And especially helpful for trunk builds since they can change version constantly. Thanks! -r
