Scientific notation are not formatted correctly

Scientific notation numbers are formatted with extra spaces that creates errors when running the queries:

select 1.50000000000000e+01 as sctf from dual;

will be formatted into

select
  1.50000000000000e + 01 as sctf
from
  dual;

For example, in Oracle, this could raise the issues ORA-00923: FROM keyword not found where expected or ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis because the parser will not understand the query
