Any progress on windows support?

I have been looking for a Rust state stream processing library, and Callysto fits my use case quite well, but Cargo has been complaining that Nuclei does not provide crate::syscore::Processor on the Windows platform.

I saw in the PR there is a part about Windows support, but four years have passed, and it has not been merged yet. How is the progress on this front currently?
