Added localStorage support to preserve the selected theme
Description of changes
- Added support for localStorage to persist the selected theme (light/dark) after refreshing the page.
- Modified the ThemeProvider component to save and load the theme from localStorage.
- Used useEffect to load the stored theme when the component mounts.
How to Test Changes
- Change the theme from the user interface.
- Refresh the page.
- Verify that the selected theme persists after the refresh
