Fixed #103

Description

This pull request resolves issue #103, where clicking on "JavaScript" in the menu would expand all technologies in the menu and cause the entire site to scroll when attempting to scroll within the menu.

Changes Made

• Corrected the scrolling behavior within the menu so that only the menu scrolls, not the entire site.
