[Bug] it is possible to hide dns resolve from the node?

Describe the Bug

it is possible to hide dns resolve from the node after enable doh? cuz i check from dnscheck.tools, it still show dns from the node.

as u can see in the picture. on red circle from doh dns and the green circle from nodes dns.

it is possible to remove the nodes dns?

To Reproduce

just enable doh on nameserver.
