[Feature] 添加udp-over-tcp-version选项

Describe the Feature

meta内核默认采用和singbox的一样的uot版本，而部分使用xray做服务端的节点要使用ss的uot的话需要在节点配置中加入“udp-over-tcp-version: 1”选项。目前在openclash上只能通过手动修改每个节点的配置文件来使用。

希望openclash在一键生成的服务器节点配置界面加入调整这个参数的功能。
