Impossible to set custom color for identifiers

IDE always resets custom attributes for identifiers in "Editor>Colors&Fonts>SnakeYAML" on "Apply"/"OK" button click. (IntelliJ IDEA 15.0.3)

And the problem itself confirmed. Colors being reset after "Apply"

But I have absolutely no idea how to repeat this. It works fine on clear install.
