Reactions and notifications of comments

Can I see in magithub reactions to issues and comments? Also, if someone comments on my issue/comment does magithub show me notification (otherwise it is almost impossible to keep visiting all issues and comments).

You will see notifications if GitHub created a notification for it. This is the default unless you explicitly unsubscribe from threads you are no longer interested in.

Turning this issue into a feature request to show comment-reactions.

Unfortunately, this does not happen. I see blue notifications at the "bell" icon (top-right), while it is not shown in magithub.

Magithub notifications are currently only available in the dashboard. There is an open idea (somewhere) to pull notifications for a repository into the status buffer / unread notification count into the modeline.
