Feature request: Add author name next to PR/Issue in the list

It would be nice to be able to see author's handler in the list of PRs/Issues. "Idiomatic" way probably would be to use magit-margin - the one that can be toggled by L L

The margin seems perfect for this job 😄 For the date piece, do you think it should be based on the date the pull was created or last updated?
