Rewrite apiwrap-plist->alist with cl-loop to get list keywords in the same order

Thanks! It would indeed make it less surprising to use. Why not simply use reverse, though?

I don't remember to be honest. Probably just felt it was neater and easier to read. But it should have been nreverse either way, no need to copy the elements.

As another point in favor of the PR, if you have a plist with duplicate keys, looking up a key in the plist and the alist will yield different results in the old version.
