RFC: Generalize for use in other frameworks

I would like to know if there is interest in making this tool support other frameworks like React, Vue, Svelt, Solid, etc.

One requirement will be to identify a form library for each framework that separates the validation logic from the presentation.

Ideally this tool would be generalized. The existing Angular implementation would be moved into a AngularReactiveForms adapter, allowing for adapters for other framework and form-libraries to be added by contributors who are familiar with the ecosystem they are contributing for.

This RFC is mainly to gauge interest in expanding this tool, and to guage interest in contributing framework/form-lib adapters.
