Add Contiuous Integration

Useful functionalities:

  • [ ] Run tests
  • [ ] Produce coverage report
  • [ ] Run linter
  • [ ] Run prettier (do we need this in addition to the linter?)
  • [ ] Run npm audit
  • [ ] Verify dependencies :D (#6, maybe too expensive to do every build?)

Both CircleCI and Travis have decent free offerings that I'm familiar with.
