Investigate error `Unable to send message. Recipient does not have an inbox for that context (Verida: Vault)` when the RPC seems to be down

When seinding a message, the documentation tutorial was returning such error Unable to send message. Recipient does not have an inbox for that context (Verida: Vault) when it was using an old RPC URL that has been shut down. Simply changing the RPC solve the issue.

The error handling and reporting should be improved.
