Preferences wont open TOR Electrum wallet 2.4.1

When I go into Tools>Prefferences they will not open, sending a transaction gives me an Invalid Fee Error

This repository is deprecated. You can still use those binaries but on mid term we will switch move to: https://github.com/vergecurrency/electrum
