Possible to deal damage after round-end

Describe the bug In Bannerlord MP, once the round ends damage used to be entirely blocked off, making round-end kills impossible to obtain as damage was blocked off. At some point this has stopped happening and it became possible to deal damage after round-end. This has lead to some players taking advantage and using it as an opportunity to farm kills by rebinding attack keys in order to attack people who cannot defend themselves.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Wait until the end of a round in MP
2. Attack somebody before the scoreboard shows up
3. Your attack will be let through and will deal damage (it should not)

Possible reproduction route after scoreboard shows up (needs validation)

1. Rebind your attack key to a keyboard key such as SHIFT
2. Wait until round end
3. Attack somebody after the scoreboard shows up
4. Using the bound key, it should enable you to attack somebody.

Expected behavior Damage should not be dealable at the end of a round, I'm not clear on when this bug started, but it did not used to be possible to harm anyone after a team reaches 0 players in a round.
