Strategus battle dialog

Visible battles around you show be displayed on the map. When you are close enough a dialog should open with the battle details. You should be able to apply as a fighter (POST /strategus/battles/{id}/fighters). Depends on https://github.com/verdie-g/crpg/issues/156.
