Add Support for Mobile Browsers

Forumoji does not currently work well on mobile. In order for the user to do almost anything, they need to zoom around on screen. I do not think that the entire UI should be entirely redone for mobile, but maybe add an additional CSS(and/or JS) file that will allow for the page to work much better on mobile.

Here are some ideas I have for how it could look:

• The sidebar could instead be a popup, only coming out when you click on a tile, and then retracting using a small button at the top. This would also go over the header.
• The header should just contain: Project Forumoji; with the other normal elements being a drop down menu situated as: Search bar just below the heading, and then the theme button, at the bottom of the drop down would be the icons representing the GitHub repo, and the Scratch Forum post.
• The tiles should just be larger to make them easier to hit on a smaller screen.
