#6899 - CLI email sign up

Issue #6899 hasn't received much attention lately, but I was pretty interested in the feature, so I wanted to tackle it for challenge's sake. I thought I might as well create a PR. However, feel free to ignore it if you're not looking for the feature to be implemented. 🙂

Changes

I added:

• New option to create a Vercel account via an email
• Email verification
• SMS verification (only once logging in afterwards)
