fix(ui): Re-order task list so running tasks are at the top.

Description

Users have let us know that they want to see their long-running tasks at the top of the list, most prominently. This PR flips re-orders the task list so to:

  • Running
  • Planned
  • Done

Previously, it was,

  • Finished
  • Running
  • Planned
