Docs: add benchmark links for each heading
This adds links to benchmark source for each benchmark described at https://turbo.build/pack/docs/benchmarks. It also introduces a reusable LinkButton component in our docs.

@shuding this breaks the "On this page" section on the right because these aren't headings managed by Nextra (they're not markdown headings). Any suggestions to get these featured? Was thinking of wrapping markdown headings in a hidden div, but that breaks the anchors.
