Highlight search results on page

Explore if there is a way to highlight the search results from Algolia. Currently if the result is on the current active page, nothing happens.

I have tried the Google Chrome feature and I can't get it to work with multiple anchors, e.g. https://docsearch.algolia.com/docs/required-configuration/#the-generic-configuration-example/#:~:text=configuration.
