turning some rule off is not working

Hey I tried to turn 'react-hooks/exhaustive-deps': 'off', since i am switching to biome and it has its equivalent rule. but warning comes like 'warning Unused eslint-disable directive (no problems were reported from 'react-hooks/exhaustive-deps')'. What should be done? or is it a bug in eslint
