Changing the rotation of an element also causes translation

Description / Observed Behavior

When updating the rotation of an element, its position is not consistent. If generating a sequence of images with differing rotations, rotating elements will move around slightly.

Expected Behavior

Positioning / anchoring of elements should be maintained during rotation.

(switching any options, such as Embed Font will update the image and make the movement obvious)
