Text off-center to its bounding box

Bug report

Description / Observed Behavior

When using a custom font (at least Poppins), the text is off-center inside its bounding box.

Expected Behavior

The text should be centered correctly, just like in Browsers

Reproduction

Can't provide a sharable reproduction on the OG Playground because this needs custom fonts. The issue itself should be pretty self-explanatory though I believe

Additional Context

Tested on Satori 0.1.1 & 0.0.45; issue occurs on both versions

This is likely caused by different fonts' x height implementations.
