Request: ability to simply send the resultant markdown to stdout

Hi there,

Super helpful little CLI tool! One small suggestion for the suggestion bin would be to be able to just simply send the result of running the release command to stdout, rather than pinging the github api and creating a release the usual way.

This would be helpful in situations where a user is a maintainer of a repository that does not allow access to the release tool.

All he/she would have to do in this situation would be to run release --stdout | xclip -sel c to send the output to the clipboard and then just create a manual release and paste it in.
