Align color notation

The default configuration file uses a mixture of different notations to configure the default color property values.

Describe the solution you'd like

Use a consistent notation, such as RGBA, in the values of the default configuration file.

If hex or other alphabetical characters are involved, then use consistent casing.

Use consistent precision.
