Command line text in neovim does not disappear

Issue

Hello! Having an issue with Command-line mode in Vim. After executing command text is not removed. Resizing window (probably) triggers rerender and then text is removed. I can write on top of the old command but the old text still stays in place. Have tried to remove all plugins, but it did not have any effect. You can have a look at the attached screen recording.
