iterm2 style's send text in mapping keys

i'm using iterm2 now and want to use hyper to instead of it. i’m very dependent on 'send text' feature on iterm2. for example, i use a combination key to send 'cd .. && ls\n' to terminal window. however i do not know hwo to do it in hyper.
