Custom blink speed

Issue

The blink speed is too slow for the cursor. Could you add a custom blink speed feature?

This would have to be implemented in xterm.js first as the hyper.js config for cursor blinking carries over the options from xterm's config.

It'd be great to see several options similar to what VSCode offers:

  • blink
  • smooth
  • phase
  • expand

The default cursor blink rate feels slow.

It seems slower than both Terminal.app's blink rate. And slower than macOS Google Chrome's blink rate.

Other terminal emulators provide an option to assign specific (ms delay unit) rates.
