Feat/sol 342: allow users and providers to pass custom logos

Description:

users and providers can now provide their own logos.

Order of precedence of logos:

• user
• provider
• fallback acme logo

theme config

Also prepares for further theming capacities by introducing a theme.json configuration to be passed eventually to next-themes
