I am trying to pass data from a tool call inside the main chat route to the spreadsheet artifact but I am unable to do

I have a added a tool call which calls an external API to get structured data inside specific circumstances, now I what I want to do is send that data to the spreadsheet artifact so I can make the changes there but I found myself unable to do so....
