Instagram setup documentation out of date?

Describe the bug

Hi there — we are testing this plugin out for a client site... So far I am unable to follow the setup instructions, perhaps due to the docs being out of date, or perhaps Im starting off on the wrong foot?

Steps to reproduce

1. Step 2 + 3 on the Verb instruction here say "Click the Create App button then Select None as the App Type, and fill in the rest of the details to create the app."

2. problems is I get asked FIRST — which business portfolio do I want to use — if I select either of these options, the next panel asks me to select one of several types — 'None' is not an option!
