Node default status in multi-site setup editable for all sites

What are you trying to do?

In addition to https://github.com/verbb/navigation/issues/394, could we get the option to say that nodes should be added disabled by default?

In our large multi-site setup (59 sites), the navigation is set to "Save nodes to all sites enabled for this navigation" to easily get the same navigation on all sites. But for some sites there are some nodes that are specifically for that site. Right now they get added enabled to all the sites and we have to go over all the 58 other sites to disable them.

What's your proposed solution?

Like the entries are working, set the default status for the node
