Enhance Entry Source Selection

What are you trying to do?

Hi,

When you’re managing a large number of sections, it becomes difficult for developers to configure the entry sources correctly in every field. For example, we’d like to restrict authors so they can only select entries that have an associated template. Some sections are reserved for filters, globals, or other specialized purposes.

What's your proposed solution?

It would be great to have an option that automatically includes all sections with a URI. That way, you could simply tick a checkbox once and never have to worry about it again. If this cluttered the settings, perhaps a global hyper-setting could be introduced to include only sections with a URI. Enabling the All Sections checkbox would then apply this behavior everywhere, reducing the need for individual configuration.

Having a global and per link type setting might be tricky, but I'm sure we can come up with something. I know for a fact users want to be able to pick entries that have no URL, and is common for elements that have no URL (Users for example).
