Is there a way to move linkvalue field in slide in..

Not at the moment, as that's really the primary "link" field, and I'm not sure why you'd want to hide that away, meaning your content editors need one more click to enter the link. Judging from your screenshot, I can kind of see what you're doing, but that seems unusual.
