Improve the instructions field within form fields to support Entry links

What are you trying to do? For a client for example they want to organise a workshop and use a multi-step formie form to register. In the form the user has to compare different options. To provide more info for each option, they want to link (with target "_blank as well) to another entry where everything is explained in the instructions part of the Select or Checkbox Field.

What's your proposed solution? In #632 a similar function is provided for the description of the Agree field, we ask if it is possible to extend this to the "instructions" of all fields?
