Cloudflare Turnstile console errors

Describe the bug

Hi, I'm using Cloudflare Turnstile integration with Formie.

But I keep getting these console errors and they keep running, the rendering is on "Aysnc & Defer".

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable Cloudflare Turnstile
  2. set Rendering to any option

Form settings

  • Multi-page form: No
  • Submission Method: Ajax
  • Client-side Validation: No
  • Custom Form Templates: No

Craft CMS version

4.9.0

Plugin version

2.1.13

Do you have multiple forms on your page? Is this before submitting the form, or after? Things seem to be behaving themselves on my end image

I can't replicate this on my end, sorry. I've tested in a few different setups, environments and browsers but all seem to be working okay.
