Pretest fail bootloop 1.25.9 (Dell)

Greetings, i posted about the issue on sourceforge, but havent got any answer yet, trying to post here and hope to get an quicker answer.

The problem is that when i trying to encrypt the system when i press the "Test" button for a Pre-test the PC reboots and showing Dell logo, then black and reboot, showing Dell logo then black and reboot in loop. To get to Windows i need to use the Rescue disk and boot into windows. The problem may be with Dell computers i dont know..

The only thing that works is encrypting the system with version 1.19.. any version above ends up with the problem..

I have tried several solution to fix this problem, like this guide described on this link: https://sourceforge.net/p/veracrypt/discussion/technical/thread/f403d1d8/ and also tried to the solution with bcdedit /set '{bootmgr}' path \EFI\Veracrypt\DcsBoot.efi without luck.. I've tried to change the boot order to Veracrypt at top but no luck either, tired the nightly build 1.26, without luck

i have disable Secure boot and also fast boot. i have read several persons who have the same issue when trying to upgrade from 1.19 to newer version, so i cant be only me who have this problem.

i have successfully encrypted the system on another PC without any problem, so it seems that it has someting to do with Dell PC's or something

Anyone have any ideas how to solve this? Please i would appreciate it a LOT
