Documentation overwork

Based on extensive feedback and my own experience regarding the complexity of compiling the VeraCrypt code, I have prepared detailed guide for compiling VeraCrypt under Windows and Linux. These instructions contain both a procedure for setting up a development environment (including download references for the components), as well as instructions for the compilation and build of VeraCrypt.

Further I added a grouping to the start page of the documentation. This should help to make the documentation clearer and to prepare information target group-fairly. So it is possible to separate technical details and background information from information for pure end users.
