HP Proliant Gen10 server encrypted with VeraCrypt now cannot boot - lost password

Hello, We have an HP Gen10 server where old sysadmin installed VeraCrypt and enabled BIOS pre-boot password, but did not leave any trace for this password. Now we are unable to boot the operating system or change boot order to reinstall the server with new operating system. Could you please, tell me what we can do in this case? We do accept to loose data since it is no more useful for the company.. Thank you in advance,

Can't you just reinstall an OS to the server, e.g. compare: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00059221en_us&page=GUID-065C24A9-4A24-4DB2-B3F6-4675512905E0.html for a DL20 as an example (you didn't name a specific model)?

E.g. typically by plugging a monitor and keyboard to the server and installing a OS via a USB stick. You should be able to access the servers UEFI/BIOS menu with a monitor and keyboard.

A BIOS password has nothing to do with Veracrypt, if you can't find it out contact the HP support (they probably have a method to remove the BIOS password). At least on some of these servers it also seems to be removable on your own, compare https://community.hpe.com/t5/ProLiant-Servers-ML-DL-SL/reset-BIOS-password-on-Proliant-ML-110-Gen-10-server/td-p/7000043 for example; you could do a similar google search like "remove BIOS Password HPE Gen10 [ModellNumber]" and probably find similar results for your rack.
